A result can be numerically correct and still be awkward at the bench. Tossora Lab combines common laboratory equations with unit normalization, practical preparation language, and warnings for conditions such as tiny transfer volumes or solvent carryover.
Who operates Tossora Lab
Tossora Lab is independently published and maintained under the Tossora brand. Its purpose is to make routine research calculations easier to inspect, reproduce, and apply at the bench. Methods, evidence notes, correction history, and research-use limits are published so researchers can evaluate the tool rather than relying on an unexplained result.
What it covers
The current library spans compound dilution and treatment planning, solution preparation, cell seeding, serial dilution, PCR/qPCR master mix scaling, nucleic-acid copy estimates, preclinical dose preparation, centrifuge conversion, and comparative Ct analysis.
